Alexander Petrosyan is a gifted freelance photographer who was born in Lv’iv, but now lives and works in St. Petersburg. In addition to his day job as a photographer for Moy Rayon (My Region), he regularly participates in exhibitions and competitions, and has won several of the latter, including first prizes for photo reportage in Fotograph-2006 and Fotograph-2007, and first price in the second annual Russian competition, "My City:?A View Through the Lens."
